Join us for our very first Fresh Social Club event | The Winter Recharge! 🤎 We’re creating a joy-focused community event during a time that can feel heavy. A night to leave you feeling grounded, supported, and refreshed heading into a season that can often feel overwhelming.
We’ll kick off the evening with a cozy, feel-good vendor market curated to help you feel good from the inside out. Take your time exploring local makers and businesses offering — fresh juice, florals, permanent jewelry, candles, clothing, tallow, tattoos, a portable sauna, and more. It’s the perfect way to arrive, settle in, and ease into the night!
From there, we’ll move into a therapist-led journaling session designed to help you release what’s been heavy and create intentional space for what you want more of. You’ll be guided through prompts, given time to reflect, and supported in grounding yourself for the season ahead.
Once we’ve opened up some mental and emotional space, we’ll shift into a fun, energizing group workout to get your blood flowing, lift your mood, and bring that spark back. No pressure, no expectations — just movement that feels good.
This event is all about community, good energy, and giving yourself a moment to breathe.
